What You’ll Be Doing Manage structural steel projects from estimating through completion Prepare bids and quantity take-offs Interpret structural drawings and project specifications Visit project sites and coordinate with general contractors and superintendents Work closely with fabrication, field, and office teams to keep projects on schedule Build the knowledge required to independently manage projects from start to finish What We're Looking For Experience in structural steel project management and/or estimating Background in structural steel fabrication, erection, or ideally both Ability to read structural drawings and perform material take-offs Strong organisational and communication skills Construction industry experience is essential College degree preferred but not required What's On Offer Competitive salary based on experience: $55,000-$60,000 for developing Project Managers Up to $115,000+ for experienced professionals Medical, dental and vision insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) after one year of service Annual performance reviews and bonus opportunities Collaborative, family-oriented working environment Hands-on mentoring with experienced Project Managers Why Join?
