This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, track project milestones, maintain documentation, and help keep commercialization projects moving forward.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport project planning, scheduling, and progress trackingCoordinate meetings, communications, timelines, and status updatesManage low-complexity commercialization projectsMaintain project documentation and trackers in SharePoint and SmartsheetIdentify risks and escalate issues as neededPrepare reports and presentations for leadershipSupport compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standardRequirements2+ years of project coordination experienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferredFood & beverage or food manufacturing experience strongly preferredFamiliarity with SharePoint, Smartsheet, or similar project management toolsStrong organization, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentIf you’re organized, adaptable, and passionate about continuous improvement, we’d love to hear from you.
