Role Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site Construction Site Safety Managers to join our team in Barker NY. The Site Safety Managers will oversee and implement safety programs, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations. Responsibilities include developing safety protocols, training employees on safe work practices, handling incident investigations, and maintaining safety documentation. The individual will work closely with project teams to promote a safety-first culture at the job site.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), OSHA regulations, and safety compliance.
• Experience with developing, implementing, and managing site-specific safety plans and programs.
• Strong skills in conducting inspections, incident investigations, and reporting.
• Ability to provide training, guidance, and leadership to ensure workplace safety.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Relevant professional certifications, such as CSP, ASP, or CHST, are highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in safety management within construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments is a plus.
