Job Description

We are seeking a driven, hands-on individual to join our construction team with the potential to grow into a future Project Manager or Superintendent. This role is designed for someone eager to learn the business from the ground up—beginning in the field and gaining exposure to every phase of construction.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations on active job sites
• Assist with site readiness, material coordination, and subcontractor support
• Help keep projects moving on schedule

Essential Skills

• Experience in site development and commercial construction
• Knowledge of change order processes
• Construction management skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 0–3 years of construction experience or a strong interest in the field
• Willingness to work hard and be in the field every day
• Strong work ethic and ability to take direction and improve quickly
• Organized and able to handle multiple moving pieces
• Interest in growing into a leadership role

Work Environment

The work schedule is from 7am to 4pm, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility. Employees must have their own basic tools and wear steel-toe boots. The role involves being in the field daily, providing hands-on experience with minimal travel.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hamburg, NY.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Hamburg,NY.
