- On-Call Rotation
- Respond promptly to dispatched service calls.
- Tow disabled, impounded, accident, and customer vehicles safely.
- Perform roadside assistance, including jump starts, lockouts, tire changes, and fuel delivery.
- Complete vehicle inspections before and after each shift.
- Properly secure vehicles for transport.
- Maintain accurate digital paperwork, photos, and service records.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
- Keep the tow truck clean, fueled, and ready for service.
- Follow all DOT, company, and safety regulations.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid Missouri driver's license (Class E preferred; CDL is a plus depending on equipment operated).
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and during severe weather.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
- Comfortable using smartphones, GPS, and dispatch software.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Previous towing, roadside assistance, commercial driving, or recovery experience is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.
- Experience operating wheel-lift or flatbed tow trucks.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Knowledge of the St. Charles and St. Louis metro areas.
- DOT Medical Card (preferred).
