Lead the Growth of a New EverLine Franchise in Hartford/Springfield

EverLine is launching a brand-new franchise serving the Hartford/Springfield/Rhode Island region, and were looking for a motivated, hands-on leader to help build our field operations from the ground up.

What Youll Do

As a Pavement Maintenance Team Lead / Supervisor, youll oversee daily field operations while working directly alongside the crew. Responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing pavement maintenance crews
• Coordinating daily job site activities
• Operating and maintaining equipment
• Ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards
• Training and mentoring technicians
• Communicating with customers and leadership on project progress
• Assisting with scheduling, inventory, and workflow management

Services include:

• Parking lot striping
• Crack filling
• Sealcoating
• Asphalt repair
• Warehouse floor markings
• Commercial property maintenance

What Were Looking For

• Experience leading crews in pavement maintenance, construction, landscaping, or related trades
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to motivate and manage a team in the field
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical work
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to get to our shop in Tolland required
• Experience operating commercial equipment is a plus
