We’re looking for a digital marketing guru with a passion for growth—someone who can nurture existing customers, grow accounts, and attract net new prospects using every digital tool in the toolbox (including leveraging AI to scale content, speed up testing, and uncover new growth opportunities). Location: Phoenix, AZ Salary: $110,000.00–$120,000.00 per year Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms—testing creative and messaging with the help of AI tools to improve speed and performance. Email Marketing & Automation: Create compelling drip sequences and newsletters using tools like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Sendinblue, and AI-assisted personalization to better engage target segments. Conversion Copywriting: Write emails, landing pages, ad copy, and in-app messages that drive clicks, sign-ups, and sales—using AI for inspiration, A/B test variations, and SEO optimization. Lead Nurturing: Build journeys that turn cold prospects into lifelong customers—and then help those customers grow. Performance Analysis: Use data (and AI-powered analytics tools) to find what’s working, kill what’s not, and scale what’s crushing it. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer success, and creative teams to align efforts and maximize results. What You Bring to the Table Minimum two years proven experience running and optimizing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and email platforms B2B marketing experience within a SAAS company environment Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Sendinblue, Salesforce, or similar) Familiarity with AI marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Perplexity, HubSpot AI, or similar) to enhance creativity, speed, and personalization Ability to write compelling, clear, and persuasive copy (and proofread like a pro) Analytical mindset—confident in pulling insights from campaign performance data Comfortable speaking professionally and confidently with clients and internal teams Minimum of an Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Salesforce experience preferred Who You Are You don’t confuse being busy with being productive You’re a strategic thinker who takes action without hand-holding You listen to understand, not just to respond You have excellent spelling, grammar, and a natural command of language You bring ideas and solutions to the table—constantly You see AI as a co-pilot, not a crutch—using it to amplify your impact, not replace your skills You’re adaptable, humble, and love a fast-paced challenge You want to win.
