Outside Sales Coordinator

Outside Sales Coordinator Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC, a growing Lumber and Building Materials company, is seeking an Outside Sales Coordinator. Outside Sales Coordinator support Tibbetts’ Outside Sales Representatives by placing and coordinating product orders and by providing superior customer service at all times. This is a full-time hourly position, and the successful candidate should be able to work flexible hours. Wage is commensurate with experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provides accurate and timely support to the outside sales team, members of the inside sales team and/or to customers. Handle incoming phone calls, emails and questions regarding pricing, availability, delivery, backorders, specifications, returns, credits and order placements. Monitors scheduled shipping dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite, as needed. Intake customer and contractor issues and delegate handling, as necessary and assist in investigating and resolving the issue within company guidelines. Create and provide Quotes and estimates from the salesperson to the customers and contractors.
