Job Details Location: 10100 Hillview Drive, US-FL-Pensacola Category: Sales Position Type: Full-Time Overview Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Sales Coordinator position. On-the-job training is provided for future Sales Consultant opportunities. We are looking for a goal‑oriented, empathetic, and curious person who wants to gain experience in an inspirational, growing industry and positively impact the lives of seniors. Recent college graduates and individuals with a background in hospitality, dining services, customer service, or financial services are welcomed. In this role, you will assist the Sales & Marketing team with tasks such as planning and executing marketing events, communicating with prospects, scheduling visits/appointments for sales consultants, entering accurate contact/account information in Salesforce (CRM), completing timely reports, tracking and ordering sales and marketing collateral, helping develop outreach strategies, and conducting outreach visits. Eligibility may vary based on status. Pay Range $20.09 - $24.70 per hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
