Production Assembler - $19/hour Daleville, VA Shift: MondayThursday, 6:00a-4:30p Overtime on Fridays as needed. Type: Contract to Perm Pay: $19/hour Location: Daleville, VA 24083 Industry: Light Industrial Manufacturing Lingo Staffing is hiring Production Assemblers for a leading manufacturing partner in Daleville, VA! Key Responsibilities: The commercial assembler is responsible for sub assembly and installation of components for HVAC unit production. Areas of assembly include final prep/quality inspection, heat exchanger/small equipment, fan & door. Use hand tools and read basic blueprints as needed Maintain safety and productivity standards in a manufacturing environment Requirements: Prior construction or manufacturing experience Knowledge on how to use hand and power tools required Ability to lift 5075 lbs throughout the shift Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift Cannot be afraid of heights, positions require being 15-20 feet up at times Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Ability to follow written instructions and read basic production documents Stellar attendance required Must be able and willing to work mandatory OT Screening: Candidates may be asked to complete client-specific screenings, such as background checks or drug testing.
