Were looking for a motivated early-career Bridge/Structural Designer whos ready to learn, grow, and contribute. If youre excited about infrastructure and want hands-on experience, wed love to meet you.

What Youll Do
Support the design of bridges and structural systems on transportation projects
Collaborate with experienced engineers and multidisciplinary teams
Assist with drafting, modeling, and technical analysis
Participate in projects from early planning through construction
Learn industry tools, standards, and best practices through real-world experience

What You Bring
B.S. in Civil or Structural Engineering (or graduating soon)
Internship or co-op experience is a plus, but not required
Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design software
Interest in bridge/structural design and infrastructure projects
Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions
A team-oriented mindset and curiosity to learn
