Quality Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and impactful Quality Manager to lead and elevate the quality standards across our Strategic Business Unit (SBU) worldwide. Reporting directly to the Head of R&D, you will be responsible for driving measurable improvements in customer experience, reducing warranty rates and costs, and optimizing the overall cost of quality. Responsibilities Leading resolution of global quality issues and acting as the primary interface for customer quality concerns. Managing warranty processes including tracking failed parts, RMAs, and free-of-charge replacements. Collaborating with Technical Support and Service teams for rapid issue resolution. Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting Cost of Quality and warranty trends, providing actionable insights to senior leadership. Leading root cause analysis, CAPA processes, and continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving techniques. Supporting new product development with Quality by Design principles and predictive reliability engineering. Owning and improving the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO standards and internal audits. Partnering with suppliers to enhance incoming product quality and reliability. Fostering a Zero-Defect quality culture with ongoing training and awareness initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
