A strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in litigation and client advocacy are essential.Benefits include a competitive base salary, bonuses & commissions averaging 10k+ annually, 100% employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching, and generous PTO, sick leave, and holidays.Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, briefs, motions, and other legal memoranda; conducting legal research and case analysis; representing clients in legal proceedings including hearings, and, depending on experience, depositions, mediations, and trials; developing strategies and collaborating with senior attorneys on case management; negotiating settlements and advocating for clients effectively; and maintaining detailed and accurate client records, case files, and client communications.Qualifications include being licensed in California and in good standing with the State Bar, preferred 3-5 years of civil litigation experience, advanced verbal and written communication abilities, high organizational skills, strong legal writing, research, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to strategically collaborate with colleagues to best serve clients.
