Proven ability to draft and argue motions effectively. Familiarity with the California court system. Proficiency in depositions and witness examinations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and sound judgment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Active member of the California State Bar. Background in construction or casualty claims is a plus. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications California State Bar membership. Skills Strong legal research and writing skills.
