Job Details Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year About Us We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly-skilled Service Manager to join our manufacturing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to play a pivotal role in our company's success by leading our service team in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing technician development, dispatch, scheduling, and work orders, and will play a key role in ensuring that our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Developing and implementing effective service procedures, policies, and standards to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations. Providing technical guidance and support to the service team, and ensuring that all technicians are adequately trained and competent. Monitoring and tracking service metrics, and implementing strategies to improve performance and productivity. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. Ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards, as well as regulatory requirements. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience in a service management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Proven experience in technician development, dispatch, scheduling, and managing work orders. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing service team. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively resolve operational and technical issues. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures, as well as safety and quality standards.
