Key Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager with daily, weekly, and monthly operational duties
Oversee restaurant operations including product production and inventory management
Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain positive employee relations
Manage personnel, marketing efforts, and financial performance
Follow operational guidelines set by Little Caesars Corporate

Qualifications

At least 6 months of management experience in a quick-service restaurant (QSR)
Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions
