Senior Manager, Global Marketing Strategy & Market Intelligence

Abbott seeks a Senior Manager for Global Marketing Strategy and Market Intelligence within the Structural Heart Division in Santa Clara, California. This role develops market insights and competitive analysis to support strategic business decisions across the structural heart device portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Develop market insights, competitive analyses, and ad hoc reports supporting strategic franchise planning
- Lead competitive intelligence efforts monitoring competitor portfolios, pipelines, and go-to-market strategies
- Conduct market and customer analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging threats
- Create executive presentations with clear strategic narratives for senior leadership
- Perform financial data analysis on sales and pricing to drive business decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 6+ years of related work experience
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze P&L statements
- Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Willingness to travel 20-30% annually
