Major duties and responsibilities include working in the coating area as a Clipper, Machine Operator, or Inspector; in finishing as a Beveler, Mounter, Edger Operator, Finish Layout Preparer, Tinter, or Inspector; and in surfacing as a Surfacing Blocker, Surface Finer/Polisher, or Lens Washer.

Basic qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, high mechanical aptitude, 1+ years of related work experience, the ability to meet measurable standards in a dynamic production environment, depth perception and manual dexterity, strong oral and written communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and attention to detail.

This position requires standing and walking for the duration of any shift, working with and around chemicals, and being willing and able to work overtime as needed.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
