What Youll Do
- Administer FMLA, leave of absence, accommodations, and related HR compliance processes
- Support employees with benefits enrollment, open enrollment, life event changes, and wellness initiatives
- Coordinate onboarding and facilitate new hire and driver orientation programs
- Assist with recruiting activities including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Maintain personnel records, employment documentation, and compliance reporting
- Support employee engagement, retention efforts, and HR programs that promote a positive workplace culture
What Youll Bring
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-2 years of Human Resources experience in a Generalist or similar HR role
- Knowledge of benefits administration, recruiting, FMLA/LOA, and employment compliance
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
