Position Information Position Number: 998090 Functional Title: Lecturer (non‑tenure‑track) Number of Months per Year: 9 Recruitment Range: Commensurate with experience Position Summary The Department of Accounting and Finance in the Bryan School of Business & Economics at UNC Greensboro invites applications for one full‑time Lecturer position. The position will commence on August 1, 2026, and will include teaching four courses each semester, primarily in corporate finance and investments. The selected candidate will teach face‑to‑face and online courses as required, with online instruction required. The role also involves service to the university and the academic/professional community, bridging the Bryan School with the business community and securing internships and job placements for students. Responsibilities Teach four courses each semester in corporate finance and investments (face‑to‑face and online). Prepare and deliver course content, assessments, and grading. Engage with the business community to secure internships and job placements for students. Participate in departmental service and contribute to the academic and professional community. Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree in finance, MBA, or a similar degree with a concentration from an appropriately accredited school. At least five years of ongoing professional experience (consulting, certifications, etc.) to be professionally qualified for instruction.
