The General Dentist will provide patient-centered dental care while helping individuals understand their oral health, available treatment options, and recommended next steps. Help patients make informed decisions regarding recommended dental treatment. Consistently recommend care that is in the patient's best interest. Communicate confidently, clearly, and compassionately with patients of all ages and backgrounds. Build patient trust through honesty, empathy, professionalism, and dependable follow-through. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, administrative staff, and other members of the practice team. Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented office culture. Take ownership of clinical responsibilities and the overall patient experience. Maintain professional standards and comply with applicable dental regulations and practice policies. Participate in continuing education and ongoing professional development. Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Doctor of Dental Surgery or Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from an accredited dental education program. REQUIRED Active Maryland dentist license or eligibility to obtain Maryland dental licensure. REQUIRED Ability to provide safe, ethical, and patient-centered general dentistry services.
