The Service Advisor role is essential in managing customer interactions and ensuring the smooth operation of the front office in a fast-paced automotive environment. This position involves communicating effectively with customers, handling service inquiries, quotes and writing up vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and manage customer inquiries promptly
- Write up vehicles and prepare accurate service quotes
- Schedule appointments and maintain service records
- Enter customer and vehicle data into computer systems
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently
- Prepare invoices and support front office communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in customer service
