We’ll help you grow your skills and build a rewarding career! What You’ll Do Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans that maximize independence and quality of life. Assess and treat swallowing disorders to help residents eat and drink safely. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and families to provide exceptional resident‑centered care. Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Celebrate every milestone and encourage residents as they achieve meaningful goals. What You’ll Bring Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology Current state Speech‑Language Pathologist license CCC‑SLP preferred (Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply!)
