Responsibilities, Duties, Functions, and Tasks Resets tables according to specifications of restaurant Removes plates and silverware when all guests have finished Serves water to diners Restocks clean plates, silverware and glassware Maintains service stations in a clean and orderly manner throughout shift Performs all side work as required Vacuums, sweeps, mops floors Wipes down tables, booths and chairs Cleans dishes by hand and/or using dish machine. Follows all procedures to ensure cleanliness and sanitary standards are met Cleans restrooms, windows and other areas of Restaurant as needed Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by a manager at any time The responsibilities and duties are not limited to those mentioned above. Part‑time Employee Benefits Paid Sick Leave (PSL) – Part‑time and Seasonal employees begin accruing PSL at a rate of one hour for every 30 hours worked. Employees cannot use PSL until after their 90 days of employment. Part‑time employees may use up to 24 hours PSL per year, and cannot accrue more than 48 hours at any given time.
