Lead Caregiver – Grow Your Career While Leading Compassionate Care Lead Caregiver | Assisted Living | Senior Care Leadership What You’ll Do Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage Provide hands‑on ADL support when needed Coach caregivers on quality, hospitality, and documentation standards Review charting and ensure alignment with Individualized Service Plans (ISP) Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly Support onboarding and mentor new team members Promote safety, compliance, and smooth shift transitions You are both a working caregiver and a frontline leader modeling professionalism, accountability, and compassionate service. What We’re Looking For High School Diploma/GED; age 18 CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications Strong communication, delegation, and decision‑making skills Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care Pay Range 19.75 - 24.75 We also offer benefits and other compensation that include: Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Plans Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistant Program / Discount Program Paid time off (PTO), sick time, and holiday pay myFlexPay offered to get paid within hours of a shift Tuition Reimbursement In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non‑discretionary bonuses.
