Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Saline Dental
Monday–Thursday | Full-Time

Saline Dental is seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who is passionate about preventive care, values strong patient relationships, and enjoys working in a collaborative, positive practice environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional preventive dental care, including prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
• Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments, oral cancer screenings, and charting.
• Take and evaluate digital radiographs.
• Educate patients on oral health, home care, and treatment recommendations.
• Assist the dentist with hygiene exams and communicate clinical findings.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Current Arkansas Registered Dental Hygienist license.
• Graduate of an ADA-accredited Dental Hygiene program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Local anesthesia certification preferred (if applicable).
• Previous clinical experience is preferred but not required.
