What You'll Do

As an LPN, you'll play an essential role in providing exceptional care to residents in our skilled nursing, long-term care, and rehabilitation community. Working alongside our interdisciplinary team, you will:

• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor resident health and promptly communicate changes in condition.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Support residents and families with kindness, empathy, and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Mentor and support nursing assistants while fostering a positive team environment.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and Sunny Vista standards of excellence.

What You'll Bring

• Current Colorado Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care is preferred, but compassionate new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• A genuine passion for caring for seniors and helping them live with dignity and purpose.
• A positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and commitment to teamwork.
