Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Immediate opening for full caseload or part time hourly, HYBRID REMOTE available

BCBAs role includes:
- Team supervisor; develop positive relationships with clients, their families, and staff
- Supervision of behavior technicians; weekly hands on training and monitoring programs
- Treatment planning of client's individualized clinical program and analyzing their effectiveness
- Parent training; developing positive relationships with parents and weekly training sessions to teach them ABA principles
- Assessment of client progress over time
- Flexible scheduling
- Choose your own hours and locations, HYBRID in Philadelphia
- Lots of room to grow in the company
