Job Description:

Travel Swing Bed RN responsible for providing nursing care for up to 10 inpatient rehab (Swing) patients. The role may include care for med-surg patients if swing volume decreases. Patients typically require less nurse-intensive care but do not differ in required skills. Nights, weekends, call, and floating are part of the shift requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care for up to 10 inpatient rehab (Swing) patients.
• Absorb med-surg patient assignments based on swing patient volume.
• Participate in call and floating to med-surg and compatible units as needed.

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience required in Rehab and/or Med Surg.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to adapt to patient assignment changes, including weekends and on-call duties.
