About the Role

The Company is in search of a strategic and hands-on Vice President of Human Resources to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive people strategy. This executive will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for aligning talent and culture initiatives with business objectives and fostering a high-performing, scalable organization. The role involves overseeing the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to leadership development, and ensuring that HR operations and compliance are in line with the company's goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with a focus on operational excellence and a proven ability to scale people programs in a high-growth environment. Key responsibilities for the VP of Human Resources at the company include strategic leadership, organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor on all HR matters, utilizing data and business insights to drive decision-making. They will also be instrumental in leading organizational change and transformation initiatives, as well as fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with an advanced degree preferred, along with at least 10 years of progressive HR experience and relevant certifications. Strong business acumen, communication, and change management skills are essential, and experience in digital marketing, technology, SaaS, or professional services is a plus.
