Labor-/ Produktionsgebäuden oder Produktionsanlagen, verantwortlich. Durch unsere Arbeit sichern wir die Versorgung unserer Patient:innen mit innovativen Produkten und die Weiterentwicklung der Standorte Mannheim und Penzberg.Wir sind eine Einheit mit flachen Hierarchien und legen viel Wert auf Eigenverantwortlichkeit, eine offene Unternehmenskultur und Spaß an der Arbeit.Teamarbeit, gegenseitige Unterstützung der Kollegen und Freiheitsgrade bei der Projektbearbeitung sind bei uns selbstverständlich.Als Werkstudent:in Business Operations (m/w/d) unterstützt Du unser Team bei der Optimierung interner Abläufe.ű**Das erwartet Dich*** **Projektmanagement:** Eigenständige Unterstützung bei der Aktualisierung und Harmonisierung von Prozessen (Tools, Ablagestruktur, Wissenstransfer) inklusive Stakeholdermanagement.* **Prozessverbesserung:** Erarbeitung von Optimierungsvorschlägen für vielseitige Anwendungsgebiete.* **Kommunikation & Dokumentation:** Unterstützung bei der Kommunikation systemischer Änderungen sowie Nachhalten von Aktionen und Protokollen.* **Datenpflege:** Aktualisierung von Datenbanken, Masterdateien und Pflege personalrelevanter Daten in SAP.**Das bringst Du mit*** **Studium:** Du bist aktuell in einem Masterstudiengang an einer Hochschule immatrikuliert.* **IT-Kenntnisse:** Sicherer Umgang mit Google Workspace (gSuite), Smartsheet sowie MS Office Produkten (z. B.
