Base Pay + Uncapped Commission | $55K–$100K+ OTE
Sales Focus Inc., the pioneer in sales outsourcing, is hiring full-time Residential Sales Representatives on behalf of our client A3 Smart Home , a leading provider of home security and smart home solutions. This is a W-2 full-time position offering base pay plus uncapped commission , providing both income stability and significant earning potential.

Sales Focus Inc. has more than 25 years of experience building and managing high-performing sales teams , launching over 1,300 sales campaigns across the United States .
Base pay + uncapped commission
On Target Earnings: $55,000 – $100,000+ annually
W-2 full-time employment
Bi-Weekly pay
Performance bonuses and incentives available
Engage with homeowners in residential neighborhoods
Educate customers about A3 Smart Home security systems
Identify customer needs and recommend the best security solutions
Close sales and schedule installations
Maintain a positive and professional presence in assigned territories
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
Ability to work independently in the field
Comfortable with face-to-face residential sales
Reliable transportation
Sales experience is helpful but not required . We provide full training.
