Description/Notes:The Kindergarten Teacher is responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that promotes the academic, social, emotional, and physical development of young learners. The teacher will plan and deliver instruction aligned with the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS), assess student progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with parents and staff. The Kindergarten Teacher will foster a positive classroom culture that encourages curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning while supporting the individual needs of all students.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Valid Texas Teaching Certificate with appropriate certification for Early Childhood/Elementary education
Demonstrated knowledge of child development and effective instructional practices
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and staff
