Psych Nurse Practitioner (Full Time) - Kennebunk, ME & Dover, NH (must be licensed in both states)

Impact Health is looking for a Psych Nurse Practitioner to join our team!!!

Our service area will be Kennebunk, ME & Dover, NH!! (must be licensed in both states)

Impact Health PC, a leading advanced practitioner group in skilled nursing facilities across the Northeast, that is dedicated to prioritizing patient care. We specialize in Medical, Psychiatric Services, Wound Care and Palliative Care.

Compensation and Benefits:

Earning potential: $115,000-$175,000 (salary based on experience + easily achieved monthly bonuses)
Flexible Schedule: Monday Friday. No on-call, weekends, or holidays.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver person-centered care using evidence-based practices
Manage caseload and fulfill psychiatric consultation needs of skilled nursing facility
Provide assessment, diagnostic, and treatment services
Provide psychoeducation and medication education to patients and/or families
Collaborate with interdisciplinary facility teams
Complete timely documentation (within 24 hours)
Ensure compliance with state regulations in SNF settings

Qualifications:

Licensed PMHNP in the state of practice.
Experience in skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, residential care, geriatric services, and outpatient psychiatric settings preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health care to adult populations.
Proficient with EHRs and clinical technology
Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
