We provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and a clear path for career progression. What You'll Do Build relationships with talented professionals across the Data & AI market. Source, interview, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process. Learn consultative sales and recruitment techniques from experienced mentors. Match candidates with career opportunities at leading companies. Develop expertise within one of the fastest-growing technology markets. Work toward performance goals while building a rewarding, long-term career. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Competitive mindset with a desire to succeed. Motivated by career growth and uncapped earning potential. Positive attitude, coachable, and eager to learn. Sales, customer service, hospitality, athletics, leadership, or internship experience is a plus—but not required. Schedule Start Date: July 27th, 2026 First 6 Months: Monday–Friday, fully onsite in our Phoenix office.
