The shop has a strong reputation, a loyal customer base, and more work than the team can currently handle. They are looking for an experienced Collision Estimator who can take ownership of the customer and insurance relationship while becoming a long term part of the team. What You’ll Do Meet with customers, photograph vehicle damage, and walk vehicles with them Perform pre repair and post repair scans Communicate and work with insurance partners, including a Direct Repair Program Manage customer and insurance communication throughout the repair process Partner closely with the production team to keep repairs moving efficiently What You’ll Bring Massachusetts Auto Damage Appraiser License or the ability to obtain one The shop will support the licensing process if needed Strong communication and customer service skills Confidence working directly with customers and insurance adjusters Ability to stay organized and manage multiple repairs and relationships Why You’ll Want This Job $70,000 to $100,000 based on experience Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends Flexible, family oriented work environment No corporate red tape Steady workload with an established customer base Health insurance with the company covering up to half of the cost I CAR Gold Class and ASE certified shop Opportunity to join a stable, established collision repair business #J-18808-Ljbffr
