What you´ll do The Senior Manager, Social Channel & Creator Marketing is the driving force behind the brand’s (SexyHair, DevaCurl, STMNT, and MyDentity) social entertainment strategies on TikTok Develop and execute TikTok-first content strategies across brands – building an always‑on entertainment engine that fuels advocacy, brand fame, and traffic to our digital commerce ecosystem Collaborate closely with the Director, Creative, Brand, and Digital Commerce teams, ensuring optimal strategy and growth of TikTok and TikTok Shop for maximum reach and ROI Maintain deep understanding of platform algorithms, content formats, and best practices to stay ahead of emerging trends Ensure TikTok plays a distinct yet integrated role within the MSDS social ecosystem (alongside Meta and YouTube) Identify, onboard, and manage TikTok creators across micro, nano, and professional tiers to deliver high‑quality, authentic content Build and maintain relationships with top creators and platform reps, ensuring MSDS remains an early adopter and innovation partner Oversee the creation of short‑form video content — trend‑based, educational, and entertainment‑led Develop a content calendar balancing campaign moments with always‑on storytelling and trend participation Track and analyze performance metrics including reach, engagement, content efficiency, and conversion Lead regular platform reviews with internal and external partners Manage and mentor Social Content Managers per brand Foster a high‑energy, experimentation‑driven team culture that thrives on creativity and accountability Partner cross‑functionally with Meta and YouTube counterparts to share insights and align multi‑platform strategies What makes you a good fit 6-8 years of relevant experience in building and maintaining social media platforms Experience managing a team Experience in the beauty or haircare industry is preferred Expertise in video storytelling, content production, and TikTok analytics Extensive experience with growing businesses on TikTok Shop, Seller Center, and working with affiliate creators Knowledge of PowerBI and Microsoft Excel Ability to lead a creative team that operates under ROI‑based incentives Experience working within large budgets and allocating financial resources Some benefits of joining Henkel Health Insurance: affordable plans for medical, dental, vision and wellbeing starting on day 1 Work‑Life Balance: Paid time off including sick, vacation, holiday and volunteer time, flexible & hybrid work policies (depending on role), and vacation buy / sell program Financial: 401k matching, employee share plan with voluntary investment and Henkel matching shares, annual performance bonus, service awards and student loan reimbursement Family Support: 12-week gender neutral parental leave (up to 20 weeks for parents giving birth), fertility support, adoption & surrogacy reimbursement, discounted child and elderly care, and scholarships Career Growth: diverse national and international growth opportunities, access to thousands of skills development courses, and tuition reimbursement
