Year 2: Master business management tools, forecast and manage agency needs, build corporate relationships. Year 3: Maintain 70% retention rate, develop management, hiring, and agency personnel skills. Role and Responsibilities New policy set‑up: Act as a trusted advisor, uncover client needs, recommend solutions, and close policies using the Agency Relationship Process. Upsell/Cross‑Selling: Implement strategies to expand coverage for existing clients and actively prospect new business. Prospecting: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities. Agency Relationship Process: Adhere consistently to the Cisneros Agency Relationship Process. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to innovate, share knowledge, and support growth. Requirements Commitment, Dependability, Integrity, Achievement – core values of the agency. Minimum 2 years of general sales/service experience. Strong motivation, coachability, and desire to grow into an agency leadership role. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet high client service standards.
