Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor
Greystar
Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to inspect, repair, and maintain community buildings, grounds, and units in Asheville. You will diagnose issues, perform routine maintenance, and ensure safety and quality across all spaces. You will manage make-ready tasks for turnover, order supplies, and assist in budgeting for repairs while adhering to Greystar standards and policies. A valid state license and EPA certification may be required depending on tasks. #J-18808-Ljbffr Greystar
