Green Clean Janitorial is a nationally operating commercial cleaning company seeking Part-Time Field Supervisors to support our growing portfolio of commercial accounts across Western North Carolina - Asheville, Hickory, Murphy. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in clean, well-maintained facilities and holds teams to a high standard.

What You'll Do

• Conduct routine quality inspections at your assigned locations using our digital inspection platform
• Verify that cleaning standards are met on every visit and document findings with photos and written notes
• Fill in as a working cleaner when a technician calls off to ensure no location goes unserviced
• Communicate inspection results and any service issues to your Account Manager
• Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment at each location are properly stocked and stored
• Represent Green Clean Janitorial professionally at all times while on client property

What We're Looking For

• Prior cleaning, facilities, or janitorial experience strongly preferred
• Floor care experience a plus
• Reliable personal transportation — you will travel between multiple locations
• Willingness to work evenings and occasional overnight shifts
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify when a space does not meet standard
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Smartphone required for digital inspections and team communication
• Must be punctual and dependable — our clients depend on it

Schedule and Compensation

• Part-time, flexible scheduling based on inspection rotations and coverage needs
• Evening and weekend availability a plus
• Mileage reimbursement provided
• Pay commensurate with experience
