Client Service Associate IGL 4 US is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our Cincinnati team. In this role, you will support clients throughout their experience with the company, answer questions, provide information, assist with service-related requests, and help ensure every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, approachable, solution-oriented, and interested in building valuable communication and client service skills.
