Job Summary The Director, Demand Generation leads the strategy, execution, and optimization of revenue-focused marketing programs that generate qualified demand, accelerate pipeline creation, and drive growth across new logo acquisition and existing client expansion. This role is responsible for building a modern demand generation engine within a growing MSP/MSSP business, owning integrated campaign strategy, account-based engagement, digital demand programs, marketing automation, lead management, and performance reporting. The Director partners closely with sales leadership, revenue operations, account management, and service line leaders to align marketing efforts directly to pipeline, bookings, and revenue outcomes.
