Are you comfortable with computers and looking for a job with great benefits and a friendly team? We’re looking for a Customer Service Team Member to join our busy furniture retail store! WHAT YOU'LL DO Help customers with questions and provide excellent service Assist with orders, paperwork, scheduling, and customer follow-up Use computer systems to enter and retrieve customer information Work with our sales and office teams to keep things running smoothly Help create a positive experience from purchase through delivery WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Customer service experience Good computer skills Friendly, professional personality Dependable and organized Able to communicate well with customers and coworkers Comfortable working in a retail environment Must be available to work some weekends Furniture or retail experience is a plus!
