Senior Survey Party Chiefs Seeking experienced Senior Survey Party Chiefs to join our elite field operations team. Lead 1-2 person field crews on a variety of projects: Boundary, Topographic, ALTA, Construction Staking, and more Interpret plans, legal documents, and staking reports with clarity and confidence Ensure accurate and timely data collection using Trimble equipment and internal software systems Train and mentor junior crew members, promoting high standards of quality and professionalism Maintain thorough field notes and communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and internal teams Minimum qualifications: 3+ years of land surveying field experience (leadership experience preferred) Proficient with Trimble equipment and Trimble Access workflows Valid driver's license with a clean record Ability to work outdoors in all conditions and lift 50+ lbs Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset Preferred experience: Experience with boundary, topographic, ALTA surveys, and/or construction layout/site work Familiarity with Trimble surveying equipment Experience operating drones for surveying or reality capture; FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification is a plus Compensation & benefits: Competitive hourly pay + overtime opportunities Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (includes 100% employer-paid options) 401(k) with company contribution Paid time off, holiday pay, and sick days Voluntary Life Insurance Employer-paid Career, Leadership, and Management Training, offering clear advancement opportunities Synectics
