Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Location: Dayton, OH
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Compensation

• $250,000 – $290,000 annually (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus Available
• Annual Incentive Bonus Eligible

Schedule

• 8 or 10-hour day shifts
• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• No nights, weekends, or call

Position Overview

Join a nationally recognized pediatric healthcare team providing anesthesia care for neonatal and pediatric patients in a collaborative, physician-led environment. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced CRNAs as well as new graduates interested in pediatric anesthesia.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans.
• Administer and monitor anesthesia during surgical procedures.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor patient safety throughout the perioperative process.
• Collaborate with pediatric anesthesiologists and surgical teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to pediatric patients and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Graduate of an accredited AANA-approved Nurse Anesthesia program.
• NBCRNA Board Certification.
• Current AANA Certification.
• Active Ohio CRNA License (or willingness to obtain).
• Current BLS and PALS Certifications.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Pediatric or neonatal experience preferred.
