Job Overview
We seek a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and a focus on delivering high-quality medical services. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
DutiesProviding direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Accurately documenting patient information in the electronic medical record and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
Working closely with physicians, care team partners, residents, and family members.
Qualified candidates should have a valid LPN license and relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
Strong understanding of medical documentation practices and ability to navigate electronic health record systems.
Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients, families, and team members.
