Technical Report Writer

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Technical Report Writer will draft and edit technical reports, meeting summaries, and public communications while collaborating with subject matter experts to organize complex information into clear, polished documents. Key responsibilities Draft and edit monthly, quarterly, and annual technical reports based on existing source materials Transform technical consultant input and meeting transcripts into polished reports Collaborate with technical consultants and reviewers to incorporate feedback across multiple draft cycles Required qualifications Experience writing technical reports, regulatory documents, or similar materials Strong ability to translate complex concepts into clear, accessible language Familiarity with energy, engineering, environmental, or regulatory industries Bachelor's degree in a related field such as English, Technical Writing, or Public Policy Experience managing multiple rounds of revisions and stakeholder feedback
