To support the mission of advancing Latino leadership and strengthening communities, the full-time remote Grant Writer will develop compelling funding proposals, analyze grant opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure resources for the organization. Key Responsibilities Write persuasive grant proposals and funding requests while ensuring compliance and clarity Analyze funding opportunities and tailor proposal narratives to align with funder priorities Research and identify potential funding sources aligned with organizational goals Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to convey complex ideas Strong research, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities Demonstrated capacity to synthesize information into concise narratives Proficiency with Google Workspace and cloud-based collaboration tools
