**Schedule:** 24-hour in-house shifts (8:00 AM – 8:00 AM), weekday coverage required with weekend availability; no overtime; call schedule available 1-2 months in advance

**Requirements:**
– Board Certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology (required)
– Active Iowa medical license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) authorization
– Fetal monitoring certification
– Proficiency in both low-risk and high-risk obstetric care, including C-sections, VBACs, and repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations
– Experience with required gynecologic procedures including laparoscopic surgery, ectopic pregnancy management, and operative gynecology
– Clean malpractice history and background
– Two professional references (one from supervisor or above)
– Availability for weekday coverage (Monday–Friday) with flexibility for weekend shifts
