Key Responsibilities Design and implement systematic trading strategies across index options and related derivatives Develop and refine predictive models using statistical and machine learning methods Analyze large volumes of market, order book, and proprietary data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities Optimize execution logic and order placement to enhance trading performance Partner with developers to ensure robust implementation of trading infrastructure and research tools Preferred Experience 3+ years of experience in systematic trading or quantitative research, ideally with a focus on index or options markets Strong programming proficiency (Python, C++, or similar) Deep understanding of financial markets, options pricing, and microstructure Proven ability to extract and test trading signals from complex datasets Strong communication and collaboration skills in fast-paced, research-driven environments What’s in It for You?
